Traditional Mexican folk song, as played by I forget whom during the
'50s or '60s. If anyone knows, please e-mail me.

My English teacher taught me how to play this. Here’s my
transcription. One guitar plays the tab, the other plays the chords:

    C F G C F G
|---------------3-3-------------------------3-3---------------| Play
|---3---------------2-----------3---------------2-------------| this
|-----2---3-----------0-3-3-2-0---2---3-----------0-3-3-2-0---| thru-
|-------0---2-----------------------0---2---------------------| out the
|-------------1---------------------------1-------------------| song
|-------------------------------------------------------------|
                                              ^(lyrics start here)

Para bailar La Bamba
Para bailar La Bamba se necessita una poca de gracia
Una poca de gracia y otra cosita y arriba y arriba
Ay arriba y arriba por ti sere por ti sere por ti sere
Yo no soy marinero soy capitan soy capitan soy capitan

Bamba la Bamba
Bamba la Bamba
Bamba la Bamba
Bamba la Bamba
Ba------------

Repeat the whole thing.
I believe the traditional lyrics are already in OLGA.
I hope this is correct.
E-mail any corrections.
If anyone knows what recording I’m talking about, tab out the solo if
you can. I’ll be workin’ on it.
