People have been bugging me to write this one down for about three years
now, so here it is.  I finally decided to figure it out just now because I
already had my guitar tuned to DAC#EAE so I could play "Goodbye Again."
Jesus christ, I just realized it's 4:00 in the morning; I hope you all
appreciate the sacrifices I make! :)
